tvbeat is a new generation technology company offering TV media owners a holistic solution to harmonize advertising data coming from diverse 1st and 3rd party data sources combined with forecasting, planning and optimization services. The company is rapidly growing and is looking for an experienced UX Designer ideally with an AdTech background to help the company develop new and existing products and grow even faster.

Role

The role sits between Engineering, Product Management and Business and assumes shaping fascinating UIs and workflows based on product requirements, market trends and given time and technology constraints. The role assumes a strong understanding of AdTech business and ability to design user friendly workflows in complicated and feature intensive systems. The role offers a great opportunity to define next generation UX solutions for one of the biggest advertising markets in TV media space.

This role is available in London, Zagreb or remotely in Western Europe.

Responsibilities

• Design workflows so that they play well holistically across the system.

• Design UI/UX and defend them in front of stakeholders.

• Ensure solutions offered are aligned with the company best practices.

• Work closely with the Head of UX on future vision and tactical improvements.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on requirements and implementation.

• Constantly look for opportunities to improve UX.

• Present UX to other teams internally and externally.

• Support UI developers on UX questions.

• Ensure UI/UX is aligned with other products and with the company strategy.

• Onboard newcomers and share knowledge across the team/company.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience working as a Product UI/UX designer.

• Experience in working with Figma as a primary product design tool.

• Strong technical background and ability to communicate to UI/API developers.

• Passion for building great interfaces and workflows.

• Great communication and collaboration skills.

• Accountability and proactive approach.

• Self starter. AdTech experience is a plus.
