ROLE
We are seeking an ambitious Client Success Executive to join its growing European team. Reporting into the Director of Customer Success Europe you will be based in London (Hybrid working). This is a customer-facing role that will require you to quickly understand our customers, their challenges, and strategies for success whilst championing our products and solutions to aid in delivering those successes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
●Work alongside the Customer Success Director to help manage, train and onboard new TV media clients to start using TVbeat Applications, transitioning their existing needs and demonstrating its further capabilities. You will bring deeper insights, product and data understanding and diligence to enhance the client onboarding process.
● Follow the day to day processes of Reporting Management, User Management and regular communication of newsletters.
● Be the main point of contact for your customers - offering day to day support and query management.
● Ensuring your clients have the proper continued understanding to effectively use tvbeat applications, based on the client’s harmonized TV data, to achieve its full value.
● Be a reliable point of contact and brand ambassador for TVbeat and its products in order to provide user and administrative support
● Understand unique requirements and pain points our clients are facing. Work with internal teams (such as Product, Client Delivery, and Technical Support teams) to help deliver to these needs.
● Assist in the build out and maintenance of customer-facing knowledge portals and documentation

● Confident communicator, able to develop relationships quickly
● Enthusiasm for technology and numbers
● Robust analytical and problem solving skills
● Engaging and passionate
● Able to grasp complex topics quickly
● Driven and a self starter, able to take initiative and work independently as well as in a team
● Some knowledge of media would be beneficial
● You foster a climate of transparency and openness
